I first met Sakara and Alex around 6 months before WEDFEST – they were planning their festival themed day at Oak Tree Farm which is a five minute drive from home for me! It is such a gorgeous setting!
I’m thrilled to share these gorgeous images with you from Paul Rogers they are full of detail and colour! I hope they bring as much joy to your day as they did to mine when I first viewed them!
The setting is perfect for tipi’s and the venue’s website states ‘you are free to party late into the night, with no curfew!’ Perfect for a boho style, festival do!Sakara arrived in her stunning Grace loves Lace gown with the most intricate henna art I’ve ever seen! Her bridal party were just ahead of her in a VW camper van all dressed in gorgeous full length gowns carrying handtied bouquets of assorted daisies. The bride herself carried a bold summer bouquet made up of sunflowers, delphiniums, craspedia, daisies, clematis and leucospernum! It was perfect for the day!
The bride was met by her Father on his moped and walked with him towards her groom with the best smile on her face! Alex was waiting for his bride along side their close friend who was conducting the blessing. ((Oak Tree isn’t licensed so you can have a blessing just not the legal bit!)) The ceremony took place in front of The White Emporium‘s wooden tipi structure which we had adorned with bright, bold flowers for the occasion! The moped later turned out to be a great prop for the portrait photos!
Huge congratulations to this lovely pair! You were a joy to work for and we wish you all the happiness in the world!
