I love it when a plan comes together and for Anne Marie and Jeremy’s wedding in Summer 2014 it really did! Anne Marie had chosen a vibrant purple and hot pink colour scheme for her big day, and her only stipulation was her bouquet must include peonies! Well her wish despite getting married in August was my command – I sourced incredibly lifelike faux peonies to include in the bridal bouquet, to go alongside fresh carnations, lisianthus, roses and also faux celosia and anemone!
At the church we placed two large pedestals either side of the ceremony area, to create a focal area for the marriage and the readings. The bright pink and purple flowers nestled amongst soft green pittosporum and glossy palm leaves made for striking displays.
The table centres for the reception venue, were tall, striking displays of gerberas in martini glasses, with aqua beads in the base, stood on the venues own mirror tiles. At Signature Flowers we have a large range of tableware to hire you, from birdcages to fishbowls, candelabras to mirror cubes, please enquire if we can help. This was a wonderful wedding to work on as one of my favourite, local wedding associates was also part of the day; Sweetness and Delight Cakes. If you’d like to find out more about what they do visit my associates page for links to their websites. The gorgeous stationery was designed by a friend of the bride and grooms; Jodi Phillips of jodiphillips.com
